How we research
Every profile starts at the primary source: the coach's own website, program pages, books, podcasts, and verified social accounts. We treat a coach's own site as the best record of what they sell and claim. Third-party review sites and affiliate roundups are read for leads, never trusted as fact — most of them exist to sell a competing program.
We publish facts we can stand behind and label everything we can't. When a claim is widely documented but unconfirmed, we say so in plain language rather than presenting it as settled.
How we handle pricing
Program pricing in this industry changes often and is frequently gated behind a call. Our rule: every price carries an "as of" date and a source. When we can confirm a number at the primary source, we state it. When the only available figure comes from third-party reporting, we label it "reported" and name where it came from. We never present a reported price as a verified one, and we re-check prices when we update a page.
Independence and disclosure
Voiceloop takes no affiliate commission from any coach or program covered here, and we don't place affiliate links anywhere in the coach encyclopedia. We sell our own software; we don't sell other people's courses. If that ever changed, this page would change with it — but it won't, because the neutrality is the product's reputation.
Use of AI
Research and drafting are assisted by AI, the same way a newsroom uses research tools. Nothing publishes unreviewed: every page is checked by a human — Steven Ellis — against its sources before it goes live, and his name is on the work.
Controversy and criticism
We report documented criticism — court records, regulatory actions, widely-sourced disputes — factually and with citations. We do not amplify anonymous accusations, and we don't use the word "scam" as a hook. Where a coach has no documented controversy, we don't invent balance to seem even-handed.
Corrections
We'd rather be accurate than fast. If something here is wrong, tell us at hello@voiceloop.app with a source, and we'll review it within five business days and update the page with a fresh date.
Frequently asked questions
Does Voiceloop earn commissions from the coaches it covers?
No. We take no affiliate commission from any coach or program on this site, and we don't carry affiliate links in the coach cluster. Our revenue comes from the Voiceloop product, not from referrals. That independence is what keeps the coverage useful.
How do I request a correction?
Email hello@voiceloop.app with the page, the claim, and a source. We review every request and aim to respond within 5 business days. If we got something wrong, we fix it and note the update date.
