Terms of Service
1. Service description
Voice Loop is a software-as-a-service platform that ingests audio call transcripts and produces draft social posts authored in the voice of the user, which the user reviews, edits, and approves before publishing to Threads, Instagram, or Facebook.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law to use Voice Loop.
3. Account requirements
One human per account. You are responsible for the security of your password and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate signup information and keep it current.
4. Acceptable use
- You may only connect Meta accounts (Threads, Instagram, Facebook) that you own or have explicit permission to manage.
- You must obtain consent from call participants before extracting posts from a transcript that includes them.
- You must not use Voice Loop to send spam, harass others, impersonate anyone, or violate Meta's platform policies.
- You must not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or training data from Voice Loop.
- You must not use Voice Loop to publish content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes the rights of others.
5. Pricing and billing
Voice Loop offers a Free tier (1 auto-publish per day, BYO Anthropic API key), a Pro tier (currently $299/month, unlimited extraction and publishing on Voice Loop's platform key), and an Agency tier by quote. Tier features and pricing are described on the homepage and may change with notice. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of every transcript you upload and every post you publish through Voice Loop. By using the service, you grant Voice Loop a limited license to process your content for the sole purpose of operating the service for you. Voice Loop's source code, voice-extraction models, format library, and brand assets remain the property of Mountain Cur Brands LLC.
6a. User content and responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Voice Loop. The service ingests your transcripts and generates draft social posts in your voice; you review, edit, approve, and publish those posts. Anything that leaves the platform — on Threads, Instagram, LinkedIn, or anywhere else — is your content, posted on your accounts, under your name, by your decision.
Voice Loop is a tool, not a publisher. We do not pre-screen, endorse, or assume responsibility for the views, opinions, claims, or statements expressed in posts generated by, edited within, or published through the platform. All views, opinions, takes, and claims expressed in user-generated content are those of the user who created and published the content, and do not represent the views or positions of Voice Loop, Mountain Cur Brands LLC, its employees, contractors, or affiliates.
You agree that you will:
- Review every post before publishing — even when auto-approve is enabled — and ensure it accurately represents you, is truthful as to factual claims, and complies with applicable law and the platform policies of every destination network (Threads, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Not use Voice Loop to publish content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive, misleading, or otherwise unlawful.
- Obtain all necessary consents from third parties named or quoted in your transcripts before extracting posts that reference them.
- Hold Voice Loop harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of content you publish through the service.
The AI-generated drafts produced by Voice Loop may contain errors, misquotes, fabricated specifics, or interpretations that don't match your intent. That risk is yours to manage by reviewing every post; Voice Loop is not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated drafts you choose to publish.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone, which immediately removes all your data per the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security or platform risk.
8. Disclaimers
Voice Loop is provided "as is." Voice Loop relies on third-party services (Anthropic, Meta, Cloudflare, Fathom) that may have outages or change behavior outside our control. We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any post will perform a specific way on social platforms, or that Meta's APIs will continue to grant the permissions Voice Loop currently uses.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mountain Cur Brands LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with Voice Loop shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Voice Loop in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100). Voice Loop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app banner and, if email is on file, by email. Your continued use of Voice Loop after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
