About Voiceloop
What Voiceloop is
Voiceloop turns the calls you already run into content. You connect your call recorder, and every coaching call, sales call, or workshop becomes a batch of posts written in your voice — roughly 33 of them per call across Threads, LinkedIn, and Instagram — drafted, queued, and shipped on your schedule. You approve; it publishes. The work you were already doing becomes the feed you never have time to write.
It exists because of a gap we kept watching coaches fall into. You tell your clients that consistency wins — that showing up every week is the whole game. Then your own feed goes three weeks stale, because the best version of your thinking is trapped in a call recording nobody will ever hear. That's not a discipline problem. It's an operations problem, and software solves operations problems.
Who's behind it
Voiceloop is built and operated by Mountain Cur Brands LLC, a Pennsylvania company. The product and the editorial work are led by Steven Ellis — a DTC operator who has managed more than $100M in advertising spend and coached over 100 founders. You can read more about Steven and why he's the one reviewing our coverage of this industry.
We're a small, single-tenant operation by design. Your transcripts are yours, your voice profile is yours, and your call content never trains a shared model or leaks into anyone else's account. Real names never leave the room.
The encyclopedia
Alongside the product, we publish an open reference on the sales-coaching industry — profiles, comparisons, pricing breakdowns, and a working glossary of the frameworks coaches actually teach. We built it because the existing coverage is mostly affiliate bait dressed as reviews, and the people searching for it deserve better. Voiceloop takes no commission from any program we cover, which is what keeps the reference honest. How we research and rank is spelled out in our editorial policy and methodology.
